Synopsis:
Kristy Thomas and her other 7th grade best friends love babysitting and decide to form the Baby-Sitters Club. First in the series, you get to know each of the four club members and funny stories of their babysitting adventures. Each girl is going through growing pains such as divorced parents dating again, interest (or lack of) in boys, giving up dolls, and more. One character says she is on a diet for most of the book, but you come to find out she is diabetic. You might have read this series as a child, and it might be the perfect time to introduce your child to it!
